If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at sehiku2012@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them, with proof of purchase required. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Refunds may be refused or reduced if the item is used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or returned after the return window. We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or faulty, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Certain items such as clearance or final sale products may not be eligible for return. If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
